If you have a master for us to copy, please send it to us right after you order.  Our address is 533 Gatlin Ave  Orlando, FL 32806.  If we have worked with you directly, (meaning we shot your materials) we will pull your master from our file and copy that for you DVD order.  There is no need to call or email unless you have specific instructions.  We fill all orders as quickly as possible.

VHS tapes are still very much used in broadcast services.  Especially those that need copies for resume tapes.  The tape format is very reliable for news directors and is easy for ND's to watch many tapes at once as opposed to DVD's.  In other words, they are quick to pop in and out with little time wasted.  We use the highest quality VHS tape available for picture quality and reliability. 

We also record using the highest quality recording decks.  Most home VHS machines record with 19 micron head decks.  Which means only part of the tape is used.  We record with 70 micron head decks.  This produces a much higher quality video tape recording.  The same type of deck that is used when recording "Blockbuster" movies.
